The rats are in the lifeboats and the ECUSA is sinking rapidly

The Episcopal Church of the United States of America; formerly known as the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States of America, the flagship church of the United States. The church is a direct descendant of the Church of England, a one time member of the Anglican Communion. Most of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were members. Roughly 40 percent of all US Presidents have been Episcopalian, the same percentage of Military Flag officers (Generals and Admirals) have been Episcopalian.

Why?

As a group, Episcopalians are:

• God fearing;
• Honest;
• Selfless;
• Hard working;
• Conservative;
• Quiet;
• Self Starters;
• Like to make things work;
• Do not give up;
• Willing to work for worldly possessions and a good life;
• Fond of church buildings that look like up turned Viking boats.

In the 1960s, a group of radicals ended up as Bishops. Some like Spong and Pike were in your face, others were more stealthy. They encouraged anti-American, socialist draft dodgers to join the clergy. They replaced rectors who read the Bible and were “strict constructionists” with sensitive younger clergymen who understood the “living word of god” (intentional lower case, not to be confused with the One True and Living God). Gradually those younger clergy became Bishops themselves. By 1979, the revolutionaries felt strong enough to force a new “Book of Common Prayer” (BCP) on the church. This new while very different in theology, contained wording similar to the 1928 BCP and was claimed to be just a modernization of words to help spread the “living word of god.”

Surprise, the 1979 BCP allowed for the ordination of women, as well as adulterous homosexuals. Surprise, the 1979 BCP removed the Articles of Religion. Surprise, the Lecturn (Bible Readings) had new choices which changed the instruction given to the people. Surprise, the King James Version of the Bible was superceded in most churches by inferior translations that do not contain accurate representations of God’s word. For instance, most inferior translations contain the commandment, “Thou shalt not kill.” The actual Commandment is, “Thou shalt do no murder.” They normally leave the “thou” in for effect, but translate a word that means first degree murder to the word “kill.” Clearly, the killing is not discouraged, but rather murder. As evidence of that, a couple of paragraphs later instructions are given as to when killing is required. It is essential that the Lecturn be changed as well as the translations to get the desired effect.

What is the desired effect of the “reformers”?

The destruction of the church and dissipation of God’s followers so they no longer have a place to worhip.

How effective have they been?

Membership in the ECUSA is down 90 percent since 1965. It would be down further, except the local churches are actually owned by the Diocese. Thus, for a congregation to “leave” the ECUSA, they must give up the church building they paid for. Remember, Episcopalians traditionally like nice things and are willing to work for them. They also like to make things work and do not give up. They hang in there. But gradually, congregations are leaving. The sooner the better. The steeper the slope, the slipperier the slope, the closer you are to hell. Leave sooner than later.

Why are the “reformers” doing this?

The “reformers” are Devil Buddies.

Little Test – Two Quotes

Quote One
"Just simply to say that it goes against tradition and the teaching of the church and scripture does not necessarily make it wrong. We worship a living God, and that living God leads us into truth."

Quote Two
"If there were any word of God beside the Scripture, we could never be certain of God's Word; and if we be uncertain of God's Word, the devil might bring in among us a new word, a new doctrine, a new faith, a new church, a new god, yea himself to be a god. If the Church and the Christian faith did not stay itself upon the Word of God certain, as upon a sure and strong foundation, no man could know whether he had a right faith, and whether he was in the true Church of Christ, or in the synagogue of Satan."

One Quote is by V. Gene Robinson, Claiming to be the current Bishop of New Hampshire

Quote Two is by Thomas Cranmer, an early Archbishop of Canterbury and principal author of the traditional BCP.

One a leading light of the Anglican Christian Church, the other merely light in his loafers.

Game Rules

Rule One
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion

Rule Two
Everyone is NOT entitled to their own facts

Rule Three
Facts are facts. To be a fact, it must be true. A made up item is NOT a fact.

Rule Four
Thinking, believing or wishing does not make an item a fact. ONLY truth makes facts.

Rule Five
If it was a fact yesterday, it is a fact today. Just because you say you did not say it, does not mean you did not say it.

End of Lesson Test
Q - If you call a dog's tail a leg, how many legs does a dog have?
A - Four. Calling a tail a leg does not make it a leg.

Episcopal Church of the USA

The current Episcopal Church of the USA is likened unto a whitewashed sepulcher; claiming to be a church, yet filled with corruption. There is no pride to be taken in compromise with evil. Anyone who will not see the evil in the ECUSA is in clear danger of losing their immortal soul.

The church has lost 90 percent of its membership since the 1950s. This is a tragedy for a country who drew from its ranks many of its presidents and 40 percent of its military flag officers. No more.

The decline in membership is in line with the clear goal of those who have managed to take over the church. They would have us believe God is happy with each of us doing what we think is right. If everything is fine, who needs to go to church each Sunday to find that out?

The takeover of the ECUSA has been long in the planning. The changed "Book of Common Prayer" put in to effect in 1979 was done to allow confirmation of homosexuals. It is particularly important to note that the first queer bishop was not only openly, but an adulterer who left his wife and children for his queer lover.

Those who stay with the ECUSA must understand they are in an unholy alliance. They are not negotiating with Christians who have slightly differing views of God's intention, but devil buddies who are only interested in subverting God's will.

May you live in interesting times - One heck of a curse.

God, Honor and Country - Veteran's Day 2005

We are fortunate to have been allowed to serve our country and lucky to have survived. We know the feeling that comes with having put our lives on the line between the forces of Evil and our God, Honor and Country in a way those who only read about it will never know or perhaps even care about. We realize the debt we owe to those who now defend us, as we once defended them. We feel the debt and know we can never pay it back. But as a great American once said, "Better to die owing, that beat you out of it." The debt even we (or perhaps we in particular) owe those who now take up the sword in our places can never be paid back, but it must be recognized.

Our service forms a unique bond between services and generations. As age creeps up on the lucky, we hobble and wheeze, but never ever give up our honor. The honor of those who go forth to do battle for our homeland. From the French and Indian Wars through Desert Two and beyond. We are one. The American Warrior. No point in telling those who are not, they will never understand, it cannot be explained, now or ever.

We recognize each other with a word here or there; Valley Forge, Veracruz, Gettysburg, San Juan Hill, Verdun, Guadacanal, Saipan, Omaha, Torch, K16, Cuba, Barrel Roll, the Red, DaNang, Fulda Gap, Kuwait, Bagdad and a hundred thousand other places we have sweated, frozen or died.

We honor the bond in our salute. A salute those who only act the part can never duplicate.

God Bless you all.

Christmas, Holidays and Spending

As we come on the Holiday Spending Season, be prepared for an attack on Christmas by the ACLU, an acronym that covers an anti-American anti-God group bent on a One World One People One Government No God final solution to everything.

Christmas is under attack on the basis that its celebration or even note by anyone or anything, let alone a governmental agency is in conflict with the First Amendment to the United States Constitution; the vaunted revered and mis-construed “Establishment Clause.”

The “Establishment Clause” actually reads as follows:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; …"

You will note that it says nothing about anyone except Congress and nothing other than making a law. For good reason, at the time of the ratification of the Constitution, several states had state religions and kept them. The Constitution would never have been ratified if the people thought that the “Establishment Clause” would be used to promote atheism.

About 85 percent of the American populace is Christian, yet the ACLU would have all references to Christianity banned from the public view. By recognizing the Christian celebration of the birth of Christ, Congress is not making any laws respecting the establishment of any religion. In allowing or even sponsoring a Nativity Scene government is not making any laws respecting the establishment of any religion.

You will note the same people who think that the Constitution which says:

“…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

Has no provision for armed citizens, but find the prohibition against wishing someone Merry Christmas in these words;

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; …"

You will note the ACLU never attacks Muslims and seldom Jews. Almost exclusively Christians. Not so much because of their religion, but because they are a majority whose beliefs are such that they are “meek” in their beliefs. They are willing to live and let live. Muslims are willing to kill and let die.

Enough is enough.

Let us examine who protects the country.

Atheists

Hardly.

Go to any National Cemetery.

Read the tombstones of the heros.

Christians and Jews, with a few Buddists, Taoists and Confucians thrown in for good measure.

Atheists? There is a symbol, just haven’t seen it used.

God, Honor, Country.

Not much of a motto if you don’t believe in God, have no honor and don’t think much of the greatest country in earth.

Having said all of this, reflect on the commercial.

People do not buy people Happy Holiday gifts. Christmas, yes; Hanukkah, yes; Happy Holidays, no.

The commercial aspect of Christmas has been very profitable for the American merchandiser. There is not much commercial aspect of the Happy Holiday.

Think about it!

Bush on the Border

The President puts forward a border policy. The open border people do not like it, the closed border people do not like it. One call “racist”, the other “panderer.”

It is said the Federal Government cannot control our border. If that is true, then we need a new Federal Government. Control of our borders one way or the other is the first priority of a national government. We need to control who is in our country for security reasons. It is patently obvious the Federal Government can control the borders, they just do not want to.

What should it be?

A simple plan:

Seal our borders airtight;
Let those we want come in easily;
Keep those we want out, out.

Points

ÿ We must control the security of our borders, they cannot continue a porous line.
ÿ As long as there is welfare, there will be those who do not wish to work, but would rather be parasites on society.
ÿ Parasites are not a good thing; all they breed is more parasites.
ÿ Our country needs people to do the bottom end jobs.
ÿ Everyone who wants a job has a job.
ÿ As long as there is welfare, the bottom end jobs will not be done by Americans.
ÿ We need guest workers or we need to eliminate welfare.
ÿ Guest workers should not be allowed to have their children be automatically granted citizenship, that is a misreading of the 14th Amendment.
ÿ We must establish a Guest Worker program that addresses the issues of security and sovereignty.
ÿ We must make it easy for legal Guest Workers to come in the country and have a mechanism to ensure they leave.
ÿ There will be illegal aliens as long as there is money to be made here.
ÿ There will be money to be made here as long as there are jobs which will not be done by legal residents/citizens.
ÿ Citizens will not do the jobs as long as there is welfare.
ÿ The current situation is untenable.

The Message

Did you ever wonder about the message?

People mean what they say, oddly enough. Not always, but usually.

Did you know that liberals care what color you are? It is important to them that they can pigeonhole you in a category based on your external characteristics. They know if you are say, black, you are of a certain mind set, certain abilities, certain feelings. They know only they can help you be a full member of society, clearly you could not do this yourself.

Did you know that conservatives don’t care what color you are? All they care about is who you are and what you can do. They think you should be able to help yourself, regardless of what color God made you. They hire you for the job because you are the best candidate. They know you are the soul inside the body. They care about you, not your skin.

The KKK’s Imperial Lizard Tom Metzger, the Omnipresent Reverend Jesse Jackson and the Omnisouced Teddy Kennedy all have the very same message, “Blacks are incapable of competing on a level playing field. Without the government holding whites back, blacks will never get ahead. Without special treatment they will always be second rate, with special treatment, they will get education and jobs they could not get on their own because they are second rate.”

Contrast that with President Bush’s attitude, “Hire the best.” Too bad for liberals that Condelezza Rice is black. They cannot believe she could be Secretary of State because, after all, she is, well, black. And, they all know blacks will never amount to anything without help from a liberal. They would like to help her, but they can’t really. After all, it is bad enough the poor thing is black, but she is conservative, don’t you know.

People mean what they say, oddly enough.

The Point of All This and That

Bumper Sticker:
Why do Republicans think my child is their choice?

Answer:
If it is a child, it is not a choice!

Recent quote from a liberal about abortion counseling:
We hope they would choose life (while of course pushing the abortion).

Point:
If one choice is life, the other is inarguably death. Death means murder.

Teenage girls can get abortions without parental notification, yet as of this date, they cannot get their ears pierced. That will change.

Teenager girls can go to a doctor, who can approve the “procedure.” After all, one must protect the privacy of the person involved. Protect the mother’s privacy, while murdering the innocent baby. Remember, the “procedure” is murder. The “medical decision” is being made by a “medical professional”, one qualified to make “medical decisions” in a manner which you and I are not capable.

The whole idea is to get people used to the idea that “medical decisions” should be made by medical professionals (doctors), not by patients or their family. Once that is accepted, forced “euthanasia” or the killing of those not in favor can go forward. If you doubt this, see what is happening in the UK right now.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1452718/posts

Patients are being told they do “not have the right to demand any particular form of treatment …” The treatment they do not have the right to demand consists of food and water in this case.

Once all decisions can only be made by “medical professionals”, patients can be killed when they are no longer cost effective. If the statistics say you will not live long enough for your monthly insurance premium to pay back the needed “treatment”, you obviously do not need it.

The Hippocratic Oath is quickly being supplanted by the Hypocrite Oath.

Live while you can, medical treatment is near.

Muslim Antidote

I have no idea who wrote this, but they are brilliant.
==
To get out of a difficulty, one usually must go through it. Our country is now facing the most serious threat to its existence, as we know it, that we have faced in your lifetime and mine (which includes WWII).

The deadly seriousness is greatly compounded by the fact that there are very few of us who think we can possibly lose this war and even fewer who realize what losing really means.

First, let's examine a few basics:

When did the threat to us start? Many will say September 11th, 2001.

The answer as far as the United States is concerned is 1979, 22 years prior to September 2001, with the following attacks on us: Iran Embassy Hostages, 1979; Beirut, Lebanon Embassy 1983; Beirut, Lebanon Marine Barracks 1983; Lockerbie, Scotland Pan-Am flight to New York 1988; First New York World Trade Center attack 1993; Dhahran, Saudi Arabia Khobar Towers Military complex 1996; Nairobi, Kenya US Embassy 1998; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania US Embassy 1998; Aden, Yemen USS Cole 2000; New York World Trade Center 2001; Pentagon 2001. (Note that during the period from 1981 to 2001 there
were 7,581 terrorist attacks worldwide).

Why were we attacked? Envy of our position, our success, and our freedoms. The attacks happened during the administrations of Presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton and Bush 2. We cannot fault either the Republicans or Democrats as there were no provocation by any of the presidents or their immediate predecessors, Presidents Ford or Carter.

Who were the attackers? In each case, the attacks on the US were carried out by Muslims.

What is the Muslim population of the World? 25%

Isn't the Muslim Religion peaceful? Hopefully, but that is really not material. There is no doubt that the predominately Christian population of Germany was peaceful, but under the dictatorial leadership of Hitler (who was also Christian), that made no difference. You either went along with the administration or you were eliminated. There were 5 to 6 million
Christians killed by the Nazis for political reasons (including 7,000 Polish priests). (see http://www.nazis.testimony.co.uk/7-a.htm).

Thus, almost the same number of Christians were killed by the Nazis, as the 6 million holocaust Jews who were killed by them, and we seldom heard of anything other than the Jewish atrocities. Although Hitler kept the world focused on the Jews, he had no hesitancy about killing anyone who got in his way of exterminating the Jews or of taking over the world - German,
Christian or any others. Same with the Muslim terrorists. They focus the world on the US, but kill all in the way - their own people or the Spanish, French or anyone else. The point here is that just like the peaceful Germans were of no protection to anyone from the Nazis, no matter how many peaceful Muslims there may be, they are no protection for us from the terrorist Muslim leaders and what they are fanatically bent on doing - by their own pronouncements - killing all of us "infidels." I don't blame the peaceful Muslims. What would you do if the choice was shut up or die?

So who are we at war with? There is no way we can honestly respond that it is anyone other than the Muslim terrorists. Trying to be politically correct and avoid verbalizing this conclusion can well be fatal. There is no way to win if you don't clearly recognize and articulate who you are fighting.

So with that background, now to the two major questions:
Can we lose this war?
What does losing really mean?

If we are to win, we must clearly answer these two pivotal questions.

We can definitely lose this war, and as anomalous as it may sound, the major reason we can lose is that so many of us simply do not fathom the answer to the second question - What does losing mean?

It would appear that a great many of us think that losing the war means hanging our heads, bringing the troops home and going on about our business, like post Vietnam. This is as far from the truth as one can get.

What losing really means is:

We would no longer be the premier country in the world. The attacks will not subside, but rather will steadily increase. Remember, they want us dead, not just quiet. If they had just wanted us quiet, they would not have produced an increasing series of attacks against us, over the past 18 years. The plan was clearly, for terrorist to attack us, until we were neutered and submissive to them.

We would of course have no future support from other nations, for fear of reprisals and for the reason that they would see, we are impotent and cannot help them.

They will pick off the other non-Muslim nations, one at a time. It will be increasingly easier for them. They already hold Spain hostage. It doesn't matter whether it was right or wrong for Spain to withdraw its troops from Iraq. Spain did it because the Muslim terrorists bombed their train and told them to withdraw the troops. Anything else they want Spain to do,
will be done. Spain is finished.

The next will probably be France. Our one hope on France is that they might see the light and realize that if we don't win, they are finished too, in that they can't resist the Muslim terrorists without us. However, it may already be too late for France. France is already 20% Muslim and fading fast!

If we lose the war, our production, income, exports and way of life will all vanish as we know it. After losing, who would trade or deal with us, if they were threatened by the Muslims. If we can't stop the Muslims, how could anyone else? The Muslims fully know what is riding on this war, and therefore are completely committed to winning, at any cost. We better
know it too and be likewise committed to winning at any cost.

Why do I go on at such lengths about the results of losing? Simple. Until we recognize the costs of losing, we cannot unite and really put 100% of our thoughts and efforts into winning. And it is going to take that 100% effort to win.

So, how can we lose the war? Again, the answer is simple. We can lose the war by "imploding." That is, defeating ourselves by refusing to recognize the enemy and their purpose, and really digging in and lending full support to the war effort. If we are united, there is no way that we can lose. If we continue to be divided, there is no way that we can win!

Let me give you a few examples of how we simply don't comprehend the life and death seriousness of this situation.

President Bush selects Norman Mineta as Secretary of Transportation.

Although all of the terrorist attacks were committed by Muslim men between
17 and 40 years of age, Secretary Mineta refuses to allow profiling. Does that sound like we are taking this thing seriously? This is war! For the duration, we are going to have to give up some of the civil rights, we have become accustomed to. We had better be prepared to lose some of our civil rights temporarily or we will most certainly lose all of them permanently.

And don't worry that it is a slippery slope. We gave up plenty of civil rights during WWII, and immediately restored them after the victory and in fact added many more since then. Do I blame President Bush or President Clinton before him? No, I blame us for blithely assuming we can maintain all of our Political Correctness, and all of our civil rights during this conflict and have a clean, lawful, honorable war. None of those words apply to war. Get them out of your head.

Some have gone so far in their criticism of the war and/or the Administration that it almost seems they would literally like to see us lose. I hasten to add that this isn't because they are disloyal. It is because they just don't recognize what losing means. Nevertheless, that conduct gives the impression to the enemy that we are divided and weakening, it concerns our friends, and it does great damage to our cause.

Of more recent vintage, the uproar fueled by the politicians and media regarding the treatment of some prisoners of war, perhaps exemplifies best what I am saying. We have recently had an issue, involving the treatment of a few Muslim prisoners of war, by a small group of our military police. These are the type prisoners who just a few months ago were throwing their
own people off buildings, cutting off their hands, cutting out their tongues and otherwise murdering their own people just for disagreeing with Saddam Hussein. And just a few years ago these same type prisoners chemically killed 400,000 of their own people for the same reason. They are also the same type enemy fighters, who recently were burning Americans,
and dragging their charred corpses through the streets of Iraq. And still more recently, the same type enemy that was and is providing videos to all news sources internationally, of the beheading of American prisoners they held. Compare this with some of our press and politicians, who for several days have thought and talked about nothing else but the "humiliating" of some Muslim prisoners - not burning them, not dragging their charred corpses through the streets, not beheading them, but
"humiliating" them. Can this be for real? The politicians and pundits have even talked of impeachment of the Secretary of Defense. If this doesn't show the complete lack of comprehension and understanding of the seriousness of the enemy we are fighting, the life and death struggle we are in and the disastrous results of losing this war, nothing can.

To bring our country to a virtual political standstill over this prisoner issue makes us look like Nero playing his fiddle as Rome burned - totally oblivious to what is going on in the real world. Neither we, nor any other country, can survive this internal strife. Again I say, this does not mean that some of our politicians or media people are disloyal. It simply means that they are absolutely oblivious to the magnitude, of the situation we are in and into which the Muslim terrorists have been pushing us, for many years. Remember, the Muslim terrorists stated goal is to kill all infidels! That translates into all non-Muslims - not just in the United States, but throughout the world. We are the last bastion of defense.

We have been criticized for many years as being 'arrogant.' That charge is valid in at least one respect. We are arrogant in that we believe that we are so good, powerful and smart, that we can win the hearts and minds of all those who attack us, and that with both hands tied behind our back, we can defeat anything bad in the world! We can't! If we don't recognize
this, our nation as we know it will not survive, and no other free country in the World will survive if we are defeated. And finally, name any Muslim countries throughout the world that allow freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of religion, freedom of the Press, equal rights for anyone - let alone everyone, equal status or any status for women, or that have been productive in one single way that contributes to the good of the world.

This has been a long way of saying that we must be united on this war or we will be equated in the history books to the self-inflicted fall of the Roman Empire. If, that is, the Muslim leaders will allow history books to be written or read.

If we don't win this war right now, keep a close eye on how the Muslims take over France in the next 5 years or less. They will continue to increase the Muslim population, of France and continue to encroach little by little, on the established French traditions. The French will be fighting among themselves, over what should or should not be done, which will continue to weaken them and keep them from any united resolve.

Doesn't that sound eerily familiar?

Democracies don't have their freedoms taken away from them by some external military force. Instead, they give their freedoms away, politically correct piece by politically correct piece. And they are giving those freedoms away to those who have shown, worldwide, that they abhor freedom and will not apply it to you or even to themselves, once they are in power. They have universally shown that when they have taken over, they then start brutally killing each other over who will be the few who control the masses. Will we ever stop hearing from the politically correct, about the "peaceful Muslims"?

I close on a hopeful note, by repeating what I said above. If we are united, there is no way that we can lose. I hope now after the election, the factions in our country will begin to focus on the critical situation we are in, and will unite to save our country. It is your future we are talking about! Do whatever you can to preserve it.

Tom Tancredo and the Atomic Boys

The American people are very kind, loving, caring people. UNTIL YOU START A WAR WITH THEM. Once they finally figure out the fight is on, they will finish it.

Understand, to the vast majority of Americans alive in August 1945, there was no question about using atomic bombs on Japan. NONE WHATSOVER.

After 911, 90 percent of the American people were behind the President. If there is another similar event, the President will have no choice but to act decisively or be removed immediately. I doubt the impeachment process would take more than 24 hours.

Memo to potential enemies - If you do not like the way we end wars, don't start one with us.

BRAC 2005

Whether by design or ignorance, this BRAC closure is start of the elimination of the Air National Guard.

The Air Force has long been uncomfortable with the ANG.

They do not like that the ANG has resources they cannot deploy at will without regard to political consequences. They do not like the well known fact that the Air Force did not win a Fighter Weapons meet known as Gunsmoke for over 15 years. The ANG had at least the top 3 places until they no longer had current generation aircraft. The Air Force is uncomfortable with the fact that ANG units consistently have better aircraft availability due to better maintenance. They do not like the fact that ANG units normally lead missions in both real like and exercises because of their far greater depth of experience.

They wish to ignore the fact that ANG units operate on roughly 38% of the budget of an active duty unit.

They did not like the ANG to be the cutting edge of the sword. Thus, the push a few years ago to change ANG fighter squadrons over to close air support, tankers and transports, missions long looked down on by Air Force leadership.

The 163 Air Refueling Wing at March Field is slated for stand down. This unit was the Air Force Fighter Mobility Squadron for five years while flying F-4C and F-4E aircraft. That means it was the first unit to leave the states in an emergency. For several years it was the only precision guided munitions capability the Air Force had. The Air Force brought the F-117 out of the black world to drop precision guided munitions in Panama for the invasion rather than use the 163 TFW. They missed by the way.

When the 163rd switched to KC-135 Air Refueling Tankers, they continued to lead the way. They re-wrote the Air Force’s Tanker Formation Flying Procedures in their first year. Their aircraft configuration standard was adopted Air Force wide. They commanded and flew more missions than any other tanker unit in the recent Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts. They had the highest mission capable rate in the entire Air Force structure, flying 45 year old aircraft. They have consistently had the highest Operational Readiness Inspection ratings of any Air Forces unit, Active, Reserve or Air Guard.

This unit is being stood down in favor of an Air Force Reserve unit whose performance is near bottom.

Why?

The Air Force has far greater control over Reserve units.

The fact is the ANG is the Air Force their recruiter promised them and they just don’t like that at all.

The Extremist Fringe

If one listens to the senior Senator from Massachusetts, Edward “Bridge” Kennedy, President Bush’s judicial appointments are from the extreme right wing religious fringe of American society.

After all, unlike the judges Bridge would see appointed, they can and do read the Constitution of the United States; they believe judges are to judge cases based on the law, in conformity to the Constitution of the United States; they believe in the freedom of religion, not the freedom from religion; they are practicing Christians or Jews, like 85 percent of America.

They are not homosexual activists, internationalist or anti-religious atheists.

One asks, “Who is the fringe?”

The answer is clear, the left wing of the Democratic party.

One might point out, a party like an airplane has two wings. It is bad form to put the cockpit on the left wingtip.

Bush Lied!

The Democratic mantra, repeated over and over.

While it may or may not be true there were WMDs in Iraq before the Coalition invasion, our intelligence services thought they were. President Clinton is on record as having thought WMDs were there. In fact, President Clinton was the author of the Regime Change Executive Order. The CIA, run by Clinton appointee George Tennant, believed they were there. In fact, they were so certain they pushed WMD as the lead reason for going to war. Politicians across the spectrum are on record as believing the WMDs were there and must be gotten rid of. Clearly they were there, Hussein had used them in the past. He appeared to think they were there, otherwise why would he have kept the inspectors out?

When we got to Iraq, we found little or nothing. Does that mean they were not there before? No. Well then, what does it mean? It means they weren’t there when we got there, nothing more, nothing less.

Did President Bush lie? It does not appear he lied. Was what he said correct, given the benefit of the customary 20/20 hindsight? Maybe not, maybe so. So far no one seems to know where the WMD went. President Bush clearly believed his intelligence people who told them the WMDs were there. If he knew they were not there, he would have also known they would not find any upon invasion and he would have a big public relations problem.

Why do we continually hear “Bush lied!”?

The reason is simple, those repeating their mantra have no idea what words mean. The last president is still trying to clarify the meaning of the word “IS”. They are trying desperately to gain traction on something, anything. Never get near a drowning person.

4 June 1942 - The Battle of Midway - Turning Point in the Pacific

4 June 1942
In the Pacific near Midway Island, the western most island in the Hawaiian chain.

Two carrier forces meet in the pivotal battle of the war in the Pacific.

Four Japanese Fleet Carriers and three American Carriers. The fate of the near term, perhaps long term, war in the Pacific lies in the outcome of this battle.

"I feel we are all ready . . . . I actually believe that under these conditions we are the best in the world. My greatest hope I that we encounter a favorable tactical situation, but if we don't and the worst comes to the worst, I want each of us to do his utmost to destroy our enemies. If there is only one plane left to make a final run-in, I want that man to go in and get a hit. May God be with us all."

-- LCDR John C. Waldron, USN, Commanding Officer of USS HORNET's Torpedo Squadron 8, killed during Battle of Midway. Waldron's attack plan before the Battle of Midway, June 4, 1942. Morison, Vol. IV, p. 117.

CV- 8 USS Hornet
VF-8 (12 lost)
VB-8 (5 lost)
VS-8 (5 lost)
VT-8 -- 15 TBD, Lt. Cdr. John C. Waldron (Killed) (All lost)
Torpedo Eight lost all of her aircraft and only a single pilot survives.

CV-6 USS Enterprise
VF-6 (1 lost)
VB6 (11 lost)
VS-6 (9 lost)
VT-6 (11 lost)
Torpedo Six lost all but three aircraft and lost her commander.

CV-5 USS Yorktown (Sunk)
VF-3 (10 lost)
VB-3 (12 lost)
VS-3 (12 lost)
VT-3 (12 lost)
Torpedo Three lost all but one aircraft and lost her commander.

Marine Aircraft Group 22
VMF-221 (15 lost)
VMSB-241 (13 lost) including two commanders in one day
Detachment of 7th Army Air Force
B-26s, lost 2 or 4
B-17s lost 4 of 19

Experience is a quick, but brutal teacher.

The torpedo squadrons, first in, flying obsolescent TBDs using faulty tactics were decimated and did almost no damage. All three commanders lost their lives in the initial attack. While they did no significant damage to the Japanese force, they did tie up the Japanese and got them low while the dive bombers sank the four carriers.

We lost only Yorktown.

This was the turning point in the war. We had a plan to learn from each battle and fight a war of attrition, if needed. The Japanese did not. After our steep learning curve at Midway, we accelerated to Victory in the Pacific.

Our victory came at a tremendous cost, men like Waldron, Massey, Lindsey, Henderson and Norris gave their lives so we might be free, not safe.

The Great Disconnect

First Directive – You must verify that a person is a legal resident of the United States and has the necessary paperwork allowing them to work in the country before you pay them to cut your grass.

Second Directive – The State may not ask a person about their legal residency status before they give them welfare, medical treatment, driver’s license or anything else.

Let me get this straight. I cannot pay an illegal alien to cut my grass. The State takes money from me at the point of a gun to pay illegal aliens.

I guess being the State has its privileges, doesn’t it?

I cannot pay for an illegal alien. So if they need money, they go to the State who can pay them, but only if they do not work.

Do you still wonder why we have a budget deficit?

Our government has a mental illness called liberalism.

Pat Tillman – American Hero – Friendly Fire

As we come up on Memorial Day, it is fitting to reflect on an American Hero, Ranger Pat Tillman.

Pat Tillman left a lucrative career as a ball player to defend his country. He did something millions of Americans before him did, he put his country before his personal being. He consciously gave his today so we might have a free tomorrow. Pat Tillman joined the Army and in the end became Ranger Tillman. Ranger Tillman lived in a world where having been a ball player was kind of cool, where being a Ranger was here, now and the only thing. He excelled because he had talent and heart.

Ranger Tillman was an American Hero because he did what heroes do, he put country before self.

Ranger Tillman gave his life for our country in Afghanistan on a hill whose name no one can pronounce. In the end, as so many American Heroes have done he gave more than his today, he gave all his tomorrows that we might have that free tomorrow. He died as a result of “friendly fire”, although I can tell you no one shooting at you is all that friendly. Friendly Fire; Blue on Blue, Fratricide. All words that mean the fog of war claimed another casualty. Even in today’s age of internet and instantaneous communications, the fog of war extends far from the battlefield. There was far more going on than the death of Ranger Tillman. Was his name used to help recruiting? Certainly. Did he mind? Certainly not. Does Blue on Blue imply homicide, as some have said? Clearly not. Is it investigated? To the extent possible. We want to make sure it does not happen again. We try to keep our people safe. Ranger Tillman loved his country and unlike the press, knew when she called.

Does the fact that he died of “friendly fire” mean Ranger Tillman was not a hero. No. The day Pat Tillman swore to “…uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…” he became a hero.

Those who defend us are all heroes. Ordinary Joes, perhaps; but all heroes.

War is dangerous. War is horror. But, war is far from the worst thing. We grieve at the death any of our warrior family. Somehow it is worse when the death is at our hand. The fact that his death was by friendly fire changes not his heroic status. It is sad his family lost their son and brother. It is even sadder that his parents for whatever reason want to do other than honor the sacrifice of their son. He gave his life that this country might be free. He gave his life to make this a better world.

All gave some,
Some gave all.

Did you ever wonder why?

Why is it that when politicians come to us for money, it is always for THE CHILDREN, POLICE, FIRE or the ROADS.

Why do they never ask for more money for their pay raises, new fancy buildings for them, art projects, welfare and the like?

The answer is simple, they always have enough money for their projects. The things the people actually want the government to do, those they know the people will allow the government to raise their taxes for.

People who vote for additional taxes and for government indebtedness deserve what they get. I do not.

Illegal Immigration - Symptom, not Cause

Illegal immigration is much in the news today and it is BAD. But, perhaps not for the reasons put forward to date.

Any time a law exists and is ignored, all laws are less respected. Thus the 65 mph speed limit and illegal immigration both contribute to our higher than needed murder rate.

It is said the Federal Government cannot control our border. If that is true, then we need a new Federal Government; control of our borders one way or the other is the first priority of a national government. We need to control who is in our country for security reasons. It is patently obvious the Federal Government can control the borders, they just do not want to.

There was no problem with illegal immigration in the 1950s. Why? Economic conditions in Mexico were bad then. That is an easy guess, they have always been bad in that Third World country and always will be until they get a Constitutional Democratic Republic that recognizes property rights and civil rights.

The reason was there were no jobs here in the United States. The jobs were being done by Americans.

Today, there are many job openings that cannot be filled by Americans.

We do need immigrants to do jobs Americans will not do. That pretty much describes any job that pays less than $12.50 per hour, after taxes. But, you say, the Minimum Wage is too low, $6.25 per hour here in Kalifornia. No one can live on $6.25 an hour. No one works for Minimum Wage here. PERIOD.

I need help keeping my yard. I pay $10.00 per hour for yard help, CASH! To a needy person from the city? Not hardly, they do not have to work. The State takes money from me at the point of a gun and gives it to them; they call it Welfare. I call it robbery.

The problem is Welfare. Welfare pays about $25,000.00 a year ($12.50 per hour) here. There are tens of thousands of people in the county who do not have to work. They live on my money, yet they won't cut my grass. There are thousands on welfare whose grandparents were on welfare.

Eliminate welfare. If you want to give aid to children, sterilize both parents who spawned children they cannot take care of. Do not let them reproduce more unproductive leaches on productive members of society.

Isn't is odd that those who find no problem in murdering children via "The Right to Choose" cannot grasp the benefit of sterilizing those who will not work?

Eliminate welfare, secure the border, grant work visas to those who want them.

Theodore Olson and the Legal System

A recent article in the Wall Street Journal’s Opinion Journal by Theodore Olson carries these lines:

- So it is time to take a deep breath, step back, and inject a little perspective into the recent heated rhetoric about judges and the courts.

We might start by getting a firm grip on the reality that our independent judiciary is the most respected branch of our government, and the envy of the world. -

Respected by whom?

You have judges masturbating in court rooms, taking bribes, sleeping during trials, more importantly telling us the Constitution says things that clearly are not there and telling us things that are plainly written in it are not there. Cap that with a judge directing the torture death of a handicapped lady in Florida. The judge claimed she was in a “Persistent Vegetative State”, a view held by three of the five experts he allowed.

Oh, respected by who? Probably the same people who think the Israelis were behind 9/11 or the people who think there is a vast Right Wing Conspiracy or the people that think “Bush Lied” when he told us what he was being told by the intelligence community. Or maybe better yet by the people who think there is overwhelming evidence of Global Warming and the oil companies are keeping us from using the 100 mile per gallon carburetor.

We have a fantastic legal system. It serves the purposes of its constituents admirably. If you are a judge or an attorney, it does well by you.

If you are a normal everyday citizen, you might even get justice as a by-product of the legal system, or then again, you might not.

In the Terry Schiavo case, as in countless others, the legal system made it clear their priorities are perfecting their position as the ultimate authority, deflecting any possible questioning of their authority, increasing the span of governmental control, increasing the take of the legal system; then if there is anything left over, justice can be done as a by-product.

Mr. Olson’s article loses sight of the point. Just because the majority thinks something is so, it is not necessarily so, even if they are judges:

If a judge says a dog’s tail is a leg, how many legs does a dog have?

Four, calling a leg a tail does not make it a tail, even if it is called a tail by a judge.

The founding fathers gave our government a tripod on which to stand, not a monopod.

The Executive and the Legislative were to function as a check and balance on the Judiciary. Serve as a check and balance, not to bow down and worship it.

Illegal Immigration

We have an all time high illegal immigrant content in our country.

Why and what is the problem?

Why?
Not because the borders aren’t secure. The borders have not been secure in the past and we had no problem. We had no problem in the past because there was not a plethora of job openings at the bottom of the wage scale. Why? Our unemployment seems to be low, at an all time low actually. That is the reason. There are jobs here with no workers available to fill them.

But wait, what about all those people on welfare who are bleeding our country dry? They aren’t unemployed anymore. They are permanently in the welfare system and do not have to work. Right now being on welfare pays far more than the minimum wage. Who wants to take a pay cut and actually have to go to work when you can stay home? The Federal Minimum Wage is $5.15 per hour, here in Kalifornia it is $6.75 per hour. But wait, how much do these illegal aliens work for? You cannot find people who will do yard work for less than $9.00 per hour. Not bad wages.

But the illegal aliens are taking jobs from Americans, Americans would fill those jobs if the aliens weren’t coming in. Maybe, but they haven’t yet. They would rather sit on their haunches and wait for the next welfare plantation delivery.

What is the Problem?
There are two problems, the illegal aliens are criminals. They are in the country illegally. They are breaking the law they need to be deported, NOW. If we need workers, make Guest Worker Passes easy to get. Quit allowing people to break the law. Lesson, if some laws are broken, some respect is lost for all laws.

The welfare system has created a permanent ward of the state class, from which escape is almost, but not quite, impossible. With nothing to do but wait for the next welfare check, people are idle. Idle people have time to get into trouble.

Where do roughly 90 percent of our jail populations come from? The welfare class.

Eliminate welfare, people will work before they starve. Few will turn to crime to support themselves, because in actuality, crime does not pay all that well.
Those that do turn to crime can be rounded up and put where they do not cause problems for the rest of us. There will be fewer openings for illegal aliens, less need for legal aliens, the tax burden will go down as people transfer from wards of the state to productive citizen status.

Allow people to obtain Guest Worker Passes at the border. Monitor their activities and deport them if they violate their pass terms. Illegal aliens caught crossing the border or in the country should be deported after a few months or so on a work team doing public works.

By the way, the Minutemen are not vigilantes, look up the word. They are concerned citizens doing a job the Federal Government is refusing to do. Actually, their energy would be better spent filing Writs of Mandamus requiring the Federal Officers to do their job or resign.

Donation Time

I do not know about you. I am getting a call or two a week lately from the Republican Party looking for donations.

We have a Republican President, a Republican Senate (except our two hookers from Kalifornia) and a Republican House.

Things aren’t going the way I want to see them go.

The Republicans are trying to suck up to the liberals who will never vote for them, while turning their back on me, their “base.” Now they want my money, like all the years gone by.

I love my country, I do not want to turn it over to Blame America First liberals. The Republican Party "needs" money. I have money.

What to say?

“Tell President Bush to repent and apologize for what he left undone for Terri Schiavo and letting Judge Greer kill her; tell Bill Frist I expect judges who can read the Constitution and I don’t give a damn what Boss Reid thinks. When you get those two done, call me back. In the mean time, I am sending all my donation money to MoveAmericaForward. They know what to do with it. Make sure you explain to your supervisor why you are not getting any donations and have a nice day.” Click.

The political machine runs on money. Republican machine is going to be short mine. I am donating all of my excess cash to MoveAmericaForward. They know who has been good and who has not. If they want to forward some to the Republican Party, okay by me.

Major Les Heather

Major Les Heather, USAF CA ANG - 163 ASOC/DASC & 196 Intel

Les Heather died 16 April 2005 apparently of a heart attack. We were putting the boat back on the trailer. Les was standing on the tongue of the trailer, looked up at us and just fell into the water.

Les spent his last day doing the things he loved. We talked for the two plus hour trip about his friends, his teaching career, and his mom and dad.

Love, Joy

That is the end of Les' time here on earth. He has gone on to make things ready for us. While he was here, Les made a real difference in the world around him. The part of the world he touched was better when he left than when he got there.

Some thoughts on Les Heather from the boys, when you read them reflect on what will be said about you when you go on:
•••
Joy knew Les way better than I ever could.

Les never missed a drill. Les was always there when you needed him, or just before. You could bet your life on Les. There were never any excuses why he did not do something, he just did it.

Les was the fellow who could make anything electro-mechanical happen that needed to happen. He was the Intel Puke who could make the field phones talk to anyone I ever needed to talk to. Les was one of the primary components of the ASOC/DASC. Without Les, it would not operate. As long as Les was along, we would have enough to get by, maybe more, never less. As Les was fond of saying, "Les is more, more or less." I know I have seen him happy, I know I have seen him mad, but most of all, I am certain I never saw him sad. There is no one on the face of this earth who could cook better mushrooms; in a canteen cup, if need be. Les was a joy to be around. He was also the only one I have ever seen who could make starched fatigues wrinkle within 30 minutes of putting them on.

Les was a great friend. God rest his soul.
•••
I'm really sorry to hear about Les. He was really a nice guy - as you said, always upbeat and smiling. The world is a sadder place. Maybe they needed him to keep the Pope up on the latest intell.

Best regards, Blake

What sad news. He often spent the night at our house on drill weekends, and we tried to go into business together once. If you get an address to send flowers, please let me know. I won't be able to make the funeral I'm afraid. I'll light a candle for him.

Thanks for the notice. Les was one of the good guys. The events of his passing really hit me close to home. I hope that when my time comes that I have the privilege of it happening while doing something that I love.

Thanks for the email. I always loved Les and thought he was a great guy. I can't think of a time when he didn't greet me with a smile.

All the best,

Club Senate

The Senate of the United States was envisioned by the founding fathers as the conservative stabilizing influence half of the legislature; the House of Representatives being directly elected by the people every two years being expected to be more volatile.

The Senate has always been an exclusive club. A Senator represents one percent of America. Presuming a reasonably equal split between two parties, they each represent two percent of the majority of America’s voters. This also presumes that representing means doing what they were sent to do.

One of the problems with a small body such as the Senate is that it is pretty easy to think you are important because you are a Senator. Not a servant or representative of the people, but rather a ruler of a fiefdom.

The Republicans in the Senate were sent there to take control of our country from the forces of National Socialism who would take our freedom and give over our sovereignty to a one world order. Their first order was to gain control of the judiciary; to ensure that judges who both could and would read the Constitution the way it was written, not look to Canada or France’s judicial decisions would be appointed.

The Republican Senators lead by “Majority Leader” Bill Frist do not want to upset the National Socialists lead by Boss Harry Reid. Upset? The people who do not want judges to “uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States” are the enemy. They are bent on the destruction of our form of government and way of life.

Let Bill Frist’s heart not be troubled, as soon as the Democrats are the majority party again, the filibuster rule is dead meat.

Senators are far more impressed with being a Senator than most people are impressed with them. They feel the need to get along in their exclusive club, Club Senate. It would be very un-cool to stand up for one’s beliefs and one’s country if it would offend a fellow Senator. Unless you are a Democrat. Who the heck do those Republicans think they are trying to ram things through the Senate like they are the majority party?

What do the people want?

CO Jones as the Senate Majority Leader. For those of you not close to the southern border, the points are:

• This is a war;
• We need a leader who will ride towards the sound of gunfire;
• The time to get along is long gone.

I do not know about you. I am getting a call or two a week lately from the Republican Party looking for donations. What to say?

“Tell President Bush to repent and apologize for what he left undone for Terri Schiavo and letting Judge Greer kill her; tell Bill Frist I expect judges who can read the Constitution and I don’t give a damn what Boss Reid thinks. Murder in the First Degree

Murder in the first degree is always wrong, otherwise it would not be murder. Some inferior translations of the Bible/Torah use the word kill in the Commandments, but the correct word is murder. That is what happened to Terri, Judicial Murder.

Voting on a thing makes it neither right nor wrong. Opinions are opinions, they are how someone views a thing. An opinion one way or the other does not make something right or wrong. There is a higher authority, referred to in our founding papers. He has defined right and wrong. Liberals cannot grasp this. No matter how much propaganda is put out, right is still right, wrong is still wrong.

If a judge says a dog’s tail is a leg, how many legs does a dog have?

Four, calling a leg a tail does not make it a tail, even if it is called a tail by a judge.

Jim Robinson is wrong on count, though. “She was simply snuffed out per a judge's order based on three out of five expert "opinions.” Terri was tortured to death, with pre-meditation and under color of authority.

The Air Force of the Future, or is there a future?

The US Air Force has a problem. They refuse to grasp that they do not win wars, but they make winning possible. Wars are won by the grunt with the rifle standing on the piece of ground and holding it. But, he cannot get there without air support.

The world war winning force, the force that kept the Cold War from becoming hot, does not want to change to fight today’s war.

We need to make a radical change in our force structure. We need to look deep into our past and be honest in the assessment of our future, both friends and enemies.

Right now there is no fighter in the world that can take on the F-15E four against one, let alone one on one. Notice, the F-15E, not F-15C. The two seat version will pound the single seat every time.

We need capability to deliver lots of precision bombs in a low threat area over an extended period of time. Kind of like wall to wall, Bombs Single. We don’t have that.

The Air Force needs a radical shift in thinking.

The Air Force needs to understand there are two types of air war environments, High Threat and Low Threat. The Air Force’s job is to turn all threat environments into a Low Threat environment. In a Low Threat environment, the Blue Force (US) has Air Superiority. There is no credible threat from enemy air, SAMs or AAA. To do that, one needs Air Superiority Fighters, Offensive Counter Air Fighters, SAM / AAA Suppression Fighters.

The Force Structure is shrinking. We cannot afford multiple aircraft types. One size has to fit all. In the late 1970s, the F-4 Phantom II was the one size that fit all. The F-15E could be the one size that would fit all, but the design is 30 years old and not very stealthy.

Buy the F-22, but in a stretched two seat version. Give the aircraft a 2,500nm un-refueled range, two seats, the ability to carry four 2,000 or eight 1,000 pound precision guided weapons, or 12 air to air missiles, and a gun. That will handle both Air Superiority and Offensive Counter Air. Buy a couple of squadrons fitted as Wild Weasels to handle SAM / AAA Suppression. Loose the JSF, it is too small and will be too expensive in the quantities we can afford. Just like 30 years ago when it would have been cheaper to buy all F-15s, rather than the less capable mix of F-15s and F-16s. Don’t buy anything that it out of a job after the first day of the war when Air Superiority is attained.

Buy a bomber version of the Boeing 777 or 787. This needs to be a long range bomber with an un-refueled range of at least 11,000nm with a payload of 50,000 pounds. If you buy a multi-role version with a full sized fuselage, you could double as a tanker, cargo hauler and bomber. Using General Jumper’s net-centric idea, all the data gained from the big Boeing’s radar and sensor package could net back to the Command and Control Center. The bomber can be based on an airliner because it will only operate when you have air superiority, just like the B-52. An airliner based bomber could have crew quarters allowing two full crews so round the world missions could be safely operated without having to sleep on the floor. An airliner based bomber with precision guided weapons could orbit a city like Bagdad for two days at a fraction of the cost of the Predator or Global Hawk.

Get rid of the B-1, get rid of the B-52.

Airlift is critical. It needs to be simpler and more reliable. It also needs to be cheaper. Simplify the C-17 and buy a lot of them. Get rid of the C-130. Buy a bunch of C-27 Sparton replacements. Either simplify the C-5 or park it, it is a maintenance nightmare.

The T-6 Texan II is a boondoggle. Too late to park it? Probably not, how about selling them to some other country. Buy the tandem seat Citation offered by Cessna.

Buy a bunch of light aircraft, let squadrons have organic airlift like 50 years ago.

More to follow.

Death Sentence

Terri Schiavo was sentenced to death by starvation and dehydration. If you ask a judge, that is bliss, natural. Not torture like putting underwear on a prisoner’s head. Ask a judge.

When one withholds treatment, food or water, one is actively killing a human being. No more, no less.

There is no moral difference between withholding treatment, food or water which results in a person’s death and shooting them or giving them a lethal injection. No moral difference at all.

To those who say, but it is a natural and beautiful thing, one can only say, “For you.”

The “natural death process” Terri Schiavo was killed with is a horrible painful ordeal, lasting 13 days. It is not painless, they gave her morphine. By the way, did anyone ask, "Why the need for morphine for a vegetable?" No, no one asked because they knew the answer. She was brain damaged, but conscious, aware, sentient, a live human being, not a vegetable. Her lawyer testified she asked to live, but the judge said, "You should have asked three days ago." An "officer of the court" said she asked to live, the judge blew him off. Why, because she must die to maintain the system and feed the deatheaters. There is no justice in a legal system, except the odd mistake. Too bad Terri must die to satisfy the deatheaters and the blind judge.

Did the President do all that he could? Clearly not. He talked a bit, then stood with his hands in his pockets, unless he repents, he will die with a hole in his soul. The President of the United States could act. Judges can be overridden by the Executive. There are credible allegations of judicial irregularities, medical malfeasance, intentional medical diagnosis misrepresentation, of attempted murder, of spousal abuse by the husband. Terri Schiavo should have been protected by our government until the truth could be determined.

Make no mistake, there were parallel battles going on:

• Terri Schiavo’s fight for life
• The deatheaters right to murder
• The judicial branch’s fight to remain omnipotent in violation of the Constitution

The judge, acting in addition as jury and executioner, is the enemy of our country.

The President swore to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. To protect our rights to LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The world watched as he stood by, hands in his pocket, claiming to be “for life” and doing nothing.

When he allowed Terri Schiavo’s murder, a part of his soul died, too. He had the power. He wasn’t the man.

My flag is at half mast for Terri and for our country.

Terri Schiavo was tortured to death on the order of a judge who never saw her, who took into consideration only that testimony that fit the sentence he had in mind. Dogs, cats, horses, all in the news in the last couple of weeks for not being properly fed and their owners sentenced to hard time. In Florida, being starved to death, prevented from practicing your religion is bliss, natural. It is not torture, like putting underwear on a prisoner’s head. Ask a judge.

The Governor could have stopped this evil, had Terri removed from the abattoir while an investigation into the credible allegations presented was completed. He did not. He claimed he must “follow the rule of law.”

The President could have stopped this evil, had Terri removed from the abattoir while an investigation into the credible allegations presented was completed. He did not. He claimed he must “follow the rule of law.”

The fact is that both the President and the Governor were afraid to act as what they are supposed to be, an independent arm of the government, protecting ur rights to LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

This was not the rule of law, but the worship of judge. The judges were wrong. Judges are often wrong, as Dred Scott.

They lacked the guts to do their job. There is an alternative explanation, but it puts them in a less favorable light than being assessed as cowards.

They did not act. When they allowed Terri to be tortured and murdered under color of authority, they lost some of their moral authority. Even more important, when Terri died, a part of their souls died too. They had the power, they chose not to exercise it. What choice would you have made?

My flag is at half mast for Terri and for our country.

Quotes on Terri’s Schiavo’s Death – From US News

== David Gibbs, an attorney for the Schindlers, said, “This is a very difficult day,” his voice breaking with emotion as he spoke to reporters outside the hospice in Pinellas Park, Fla., where Schiavo was cared for. ==

CARED FOR – This apparently is a phrase that means FIRST DEGREE MURDER, UNDER COLOR OF AUTHORITY, WITH SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES – TORTURE

Interesting phrase, isn’t it?

== Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, whose repeated attempts to get the tube reconnected also failed, said that millions of people around the state and world will be “deeply grieved” by her death but that the debate over her fate could help others grapple with end-of-life issues.

“After an extraordinarily difficult and tragic journey, Terri Schiavo is at rest,” Bush said. “I remain convinced, however, that Terri’s death is a window through which we can see the many issues left unresolved in our families and in our society. For that, we can be thankful for all that the life of Terri Schiavo has taught us.” ==

This quote from Governor Bush has many levels, I cannot bring myself to spend time on all of them. Let’s start with what Terri showed anyone who would think about it:
• If you select the wrong husband, you can be murdered with the active assistance of the state when you are in the way;
• The world is full of people concerned only with themselves, who have no care for those who need help the most;
• Florida is filled with people, good, bad and indifferent;
• The Governor of the State of Florida talks a good talk, but is afraid to act;
• Talk is cheap;
• The President of the United States talks a good talk, but is afraid to act;
• Talk is cheap;
• Torture is torture, unless a judge says it is natural;
• A half blind corrupt circuit court judge in Florida can do whatever he wants, the legal system will back him to preserve their power at all costs;

Many will talk the talk, few will walk the walk. It is easy to say it cannot be done. It is easy to say I wanted to, but I could not. Cannot and will not are two different things.

The President, the Governor and the all powerful legislature did not have the guts to act against a half blind corrupt circuit court judge in Florida who ordered an innocent lady tortured to death; Terri died, they still suck up their pay.

A hole in his soul?

Terri Schiavo has been sentenced to death by starvation and dehydration. If you ask a judge, that is bliss, natural. It is not torture like putting underwear on a prisoner’s head. Ask a judge.

Did the President do all that he could? Clearly not. If he stands with his hands in his pockets, he will die with a hole in his soul. The President of the United States can act. Judges can be overridden by the Executive. There are credible allegations of judicial irregularities, medical malfeasance, intentional medical diagnosis misrepresentation, of attempted murder, of spousal abuse by the husband. Terri Schiavo should be protected by our government until the truth can be determined.

Make no mistake, there are parallel battles going on here:

Terri Schiavo’s fight for life
The deatheaters right to murder
The judicial branch’s fight to remain omnipotent in violation of the Constitution

The judge, acting in addition as jury and executioner, is the enemy of our country.

The President swore to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. To protect our rights to LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Time for him to do it.

If he allows Terri Schiavo’s murder, a part of his soul dies, too. He has the power. Is he the man?

The law. What is the law?

If you believe them, the Governor of the Great State of Florida, the President of the United States, the Senate Majority Leader and the Speaker of the House are all powerless in the face of some mindless appointed judge in Florida. They can do nothing to keep a clearly innocent lady from being publicly slowly tortured and murdered in a cruel and certainly unusual manner.

The President, his lovely wife, the Governor, various members of the legislature all decry the pending death of Terri Schiavo. But, they can do nothing. After all, the law must be minded.

The law. What is the law?

Is the law whatever a judge says it is?
• Ask Dred Scott.
• Ask the victims of separate, but equal.
• Ask those denied the right to vote.
• Ask the man in New Mexico sentenced to hard time for ill feeding his dogs.

If a judge says a dog’s tail is a leg, how many legs does a dog have?

Four, calling a leg a tail does not make it a tail, even if it is called a tail by a judge.

Terri Schiavo has been sentenced to death by starvation and dehydration. If you ask a judge, that is bliss, natural. It is not torture like putting underwear on a prisoner’s head. Ask a judge.

The President of the United States can act. Judges can be overridden by the Executive. "Damn the torpedoes, Full speed ahead!"

There is no moral difference between withholding treatment, food or water which results in a person’s death and shooting them or giving them a lethal injection. No moral difference at all.

To those who say, but it is a natural and beautiful thing, one can only say, “For you.”

When one withholds treatment, food or water, one is actively killing a human being. No more, no less.

The “natural death process” Terri Schiavo is being killed with is a horrible painful ordeal, lasting so far eight days. It is not painless, at least they are now giving her morphine. By the way, did anyone ask, "Why the need for morphine for a vegetable?" No, no one asked because they know the answer, she is brain damaged, but concious, aware, sentient, a live human being, not a vegetable. Her lawyer testifies she asked to live, but the judge said, "You should have asked three days ago." An "officer of the court" said she asked to live, the judge blew him off. Why, because she must die to maintain the system and feed the deatheaters. There is no justice in a legal system, except the odd mistake. Too bad Terri must die to satisfy the deatheaters and the blind judge.

Why is this going on? Because the legal system condemned her to death in absentia, a “judge” on a mission, a deatheater. No court will overturn his decision, it would adversely affect their “god status.”

We reap what we sew, more or less. Terri married outside her own belief system, she married a deatheater and is paying for her mistake with her life.

The President, the Congress and the Governor claim to see the Terri Schiavo case as wrong. It is not a “right to die”, but a right not to be murdered issue. Unfortunately, they are all powerless against an all powerful blind Circuit Court who rules to kill. Powerless or unable to act due to paralysis. If they are, in fact, powerless, we do not need them, do we? If they are unable to act due to paralysis, we do not need them, do we? A real man would act.

"Damn the torpedoes, Full speed ahead!" - Admiral David Glasgow Farragut

A man who knew what needed to be done and did it.

Victory goes to the one who acts, not watches and wrings their hands. All wringing ones hands results in is sore hands.

Terri Schiavo and the Little Executives who thought they Couldn't

In battle, and this is surely battle, decisive action is called for. Bold action, quickly and firmly taken is better than well thought out, considered action, after the battle is over.

The laws are clear, this is murder.

The Governor and the President are not law abiding, but rather Judge abiding. There is a time and a place for everything. This is not the time to be in awe of a Circuit Court Judge who is a deatheater. Bad news for the Executives, the deatheaters will never like them, even if they do abortions on their respective kitchen tables. Get over it, get on with being a leader.

Warning, do not subject yourself to the court. If you do, they can isolate you and eliminate you at little or no cost to themselves. Fluid Tactics are the only choice.

Parallel Issues

There are several parallel issues in the Terri Schiavo matter. If you go on the premise there is only one, you will be confused beyond redemption.

Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims and others of religions that value life see the issue of Terri Schiavo being murdered. She clearly did not ask for this death by torture.

Deatheaters see this as a chance to further their agenda of death to the weak and control over the rest of the general population.

Elements of the legal system, judges in particular, see this as a challenge to the current superiority of the legal leg of the country’s governmental tripod, the Executive, the Legistative and the Legal. Notice, no mention of Justice.

Our Declaration of Independence and Constitution guaranty freedom to enjoy LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Judges have a vested interest in being infallible. One can question the Judge’s procedures, he can be found to make procedural errors, but one cannot question his judgment. The President and Congress, as well as the Governor, have questioned his judgment. That is not allowed and will not be allowed by the court system. It really isn’t relevant that an innocent lady will be tortured to death. You must understand, if we are allowed to question the Judge’s judgment, all heck will break loose. The Judge must be infallible.

Christians are admonished to follow the law, to render unto Caeser that which is Caeser’s and unto God that which is God’s. We follow the law.

Unless the Executive finds its spine, a deatheater Circuit Judge can sentence anyone to death, using a clever “right to die” wording and they are toast. A Circuit Judge is more powerful than the President, Congress or the Governor. AS LONG AS THEY ALLOW IT! Not one second longer.

Understand also, who you associate with can kill you. If you are a Christian, hang with Christians, marry a Christian, ditto Jews, Hindus, etc. Marry a deatheater and you are toast, when they tire of you. They will have you killed for their own happiness.

Warning, do no subject yourself to the court. If you do, they can isolate you and eliminate you at little or no cost to themselves. Fluid Tactics are the only choice.

No, not one Whit!

If when a judge, also known as a "Finder of Fact" speaks, everyone must obey. He must mindlessly be obeyed. Do not take notice of the man behind the screen. Do not take notice, even though it is obvious to anyone with half a brain that at best he did not consider all available evidence. Do not take notice, even though at worst he is colluding with the opposing sides, we have a problem.

The fact is the current legal system cares not one whit about justice. It is concerned with saving its place as the ultimate authority. That is why there is no trial de novo as called for in the congressional law. There is no way the system will allow question the judgment of a judge. No one cares that Terri Schiavo will die, except perhaps Michael Schiavo, Blind Greer and Felon Felos, they care, they want her dead, perhaps each for his own reasons.

The legal system does not care, not at all.

Do not be fooled, legal system cares not one whit about justice.

When it occurs, justice is only an unintentional and sometimes irritating byproduct of the legal system.

There are two other branches of government. If they will not stand up for LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, things must change.

The Governor has a problem, he knows Terri is being murdered. First degree murder under color of authority. Problems do not get more egregious or obvious than that. What action should he take? Should he “violate the law”? What law? The order of a blind questionably rational judge, or the statutes of Florida, which are pretty darn clear?

Terri Schiavo is not about the right to die, it is about the right not to be murdered. There are many articles in today’s news about people being prosecuted for not feeding cows, not feeding dogs, mothers being starved while begging for food. But Terri is dying a natural peaceful death. Not an inhumane death like those our condemned prisoners and pound animals are subjected to.

Houston, we have a problem here.

BACK to BASICS

The President and Congress, both houses, the House and the Senate, are powerless because they choose not to stand for what they claim to believe in, just as the Governor is powerless. The legal system holds all the power because the other two branches have ceded the power to them. The blind judge says black is white, the other two branches say, so be it.

The Supreme Court is always right. Oh, for sure. Ask perhaps Dred Scott or the numerous separate but equal cases.

We have a perfectly readable, understandable, Constitution. Now we need to appoint judges who can read and understand. We need an executive and legislative branch who can read and understand. We need a nation, determined to be "One Nation, Under God, with liberty and justice for all" A nation dedicated to LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

What we don't need is a system that somehow finds a complete rejection of the recognition of God in the phrase, "Congress shall make no laws regarding the establishment of religion," yet cannot find a right to be armed in the phrase, "the Right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." We do not need a nation that finds a right of a school to send a minor child for an abortion and hides the event from the parent, yet has zero tolerance for drugs, such as an asprin, or weapons, such as a nail file.

We need to get BACK to BASICS.

The Legal Branch of the Tripod, where is Justice?

It seems unlikely Judge Whittemore will do anything other than what he and all the rest of the "legal" system have been doing - backing each other up. For the legal system, the issue is simple: Does the legal branch have superior authority over the legislative and executive branches? The only answer they will entertain is YES. While there are some judges who can read and follow the Constitution and have a conscience, the majority are only concerned with the supremacy of the legal branch.

There is no concern as to whether Terri Schiavo is being tortured in the process of murdering her. None whatsoever. Zero, Nada, Zip. There is no concern as to whether there is what is defined as a conspiracy to violate her civil rights or murder her. None whatsoever. Zero, Nada, Zip.

The issue here is clear: Does the legal branch have superior authority over the legislative and executive branches? The only answer they will entertain is YES.

There is no system of checks and balances in a government where the legal branch has no one to report to. Particularly when they turn their back on God and the Constitution.

Remember, there is no Justice in a Legal System, only legality.

Terri's Law

Given recent developments in Federal Case Law, from this time forward changes have been implemented in capital cases.

From now on, death penalty cases will be tried in front of blind judges, without juries, taking into account only witnesses with whom the judge feels comfortable relying on.

Criminals condemned to death have automatic appeals, generally taking around 10 years to complete at present.

In the interests of compassionate and humane treatment, the "death process" for condemned criminals will not be interrupted while the appeals are being made.

In the interest of compassion, from the date of conviction, after seven days have elapsed, condemned prisoners will be strapped in a bed, furnished no food or water, or other means of nourishment or hydration. Their appeals process will proceed in a normal and customary manner. For no reason will the furnishing of any means of nourishment or hydration be allowed until the appeals process is exhausted.

Seems reasonable doesn’t it.

Governor Bush asks for No Violence

Governor Bush implores Terri Schiavo's supporters not to resort to violence, to stand by while she is tortured and the system works its way along the "legal process". Notice no reference to justice.

No, we should not resort to violence. But, that thought is based on the government to do its job protecting: LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

People have a right to die, if THEY want to. People do not have a right to murder other people because they want to. This is about right and wrong. If one percent of the allegations against Michael Schivo, Felos and Greer are correct, there is enough factual evidence to send them to prison for life.

What is being asked for is a fair trial to ensure that Terri wants to die and is not being murdered.

I can understand Governor Bush asking people not to resort to violence. That is lovely. But are we to stand by and watch someone being tortured to death by decree of an admittedly prejudiced judge at the request of her admittedly adultrous husband?

Frankly, I do not see how violence could save Terri. I can see how it could be used to punish those who commit the crime and clearly will not even be tried by the state, let alone punished. Sad when the state cares not about the least among us.

The American Tripod

The American Government was designed as a tripod balanced on three legs, the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary. Each was to be a check and balance excess of the other.

The judiciary was to judge based on laws passed by the legislature and agreed to by the executive. Only if the law was contrary to the clear word of our Constitution was the law to be unconstitutional.

Today we have a judiciary running wild, unchecked and certainly unbalanced, a judiciary that can read elimination of religion; freedom to deprive human beings of life, in and out of the womb; elimination of the rights of self-defense and freedom of association into the Constitution that clearly does not say these things. A living document, that is what they call it. By that term they mean it says what they say it says, for they are judges, appointed for life.

The time has come for balance in our government. The time has come for judges who can read, not divine meaning with a scale in their hand. We have no need for judges to make laws, they are to judge based on written law, not give law.

The judge may be blind…

The judge may be blind, but he knows precisely what he is doing.

Judge Greer and his fellow travelers Schiavo and Felos have much to fear of a Federal investigation into the Terri Schiavo matter. There is much more than simple ignorance. There gives the appearance of a conspiracy to deprive a citizen of her civil rights, to deprive her of her life and to defraud the government of considerable funds.

Terri Schiavo sustained severe injury and brain damage, that is clear. The failure treat her seems to be more than a mere coincidence. She has reportedly been denied treatment mandated under federal and state laws. The denial seems to be as the result of a conspiracy between her “husband” and this fellow Felos, watched over by a blind judge, Greer.

She is not “brain dead”, that is clear. What she would have wanted done in this situation is not known, except by the very contradictory words of a person claiming to be Terri’s husband who is living with another woman while fathering two of her bastards. Words only remembered after he got paid for her misery.

A final thought, if dying of starvation and dehydration is such a fine way to go, why don’t we use it on criminals and pound dogs?

National Socialism

The current trend of government in the United States of America is towards National Socialism. This is the least discredited form of socialism. The National Socialist form of socialism actually works to one extent or another, unlike communism and pure socialism. In this form, the government does not seek to own the means of production, rather it seeks to regulate them and the producers (workers) at the national level and "take care" of everyone. This way Government gets credit for successes and business gets credit for failures; business becomes an extension of the Government. The moniker "National Socialist Party" is probably most familiar to you in its native German language acronym form, Nazi.

I submit to you, no form of socialism is superior to free enterprise. People work the hardest and succeed the quickest when they are rewarded in direct proportion to their personal effort. Free enterprise won the last time in the contest with National Socialism and it will win the next time. That is clear, yet who wants to compete in the next worldwide contest? National Socialists always mouth concern for the little people, the ones being taken advantage of, so they say; they make it clear only they can protect the little people.

The problem is the means National Socialists use to protect the little people mean the end for many of them. This system is clearly not what our founding fathers had in mind when our country was founded. Reading the Federalist Papers, it is clear the founding fathers, while they had little faith in the individual common man, seemed confident the citizenry taken in the whole would make the correct decisions. Perhaps they did not envision media as it is currently used, perhaps they did. Clearly they did not expect the plain language of the Constitution to be disregarded as is has been by the Supreme Court in the name of judicial activism. Our founding fathers had concerns the Constitution in of itself was not enough as there is a Bill of Rights, detailing those "inalienable rights" many did not originally feel necessary to put in the Constitution.

This brings us to a very important point, it is our Constitution that sets us apart from countries like Great Britain. We have an underlying set of principles, embodied in our Constitution, which all laws must be in accord with. The Constitution is to prevent a tyranny of the majority on any minority. The first ten amendments, the Bill of Rights, detail "inalienable rights" which clearly cannot be amended out of our Constitution.

Government is overhead on the people

It must be recognized that Government is overhead on the people. Overhead is essentially the cost of doing business. Overhead is not good or bad in itself. In a business producing goods or services, profit is what is left when the cost of overhead taken from the value of the goods or services produced and sold. Society is much like a business. We produce goods and services. We have various costs which must be carried by the value of the goods and services sold. We increase our standard of living by increasing the profit of our society.

One can increase profit in various ways:

• Increase the value of the goods produced, either by increasing the value of a good or service, or by increasing the volume produced;
• Decrease the cost of production, thus decreasing the overhead.

From this it should be obvious, unless overhead costs aid production, they decrease profit and thus in society decrease our standard of living.

Thus, it must be seen that overhead takes from our profit as a society.

We need to reduce government to that necessary, not further increase it to "help the poor" or whatever the cause of the day might be.

Government produces very little of value. It was supposed to regulate to the extent required to allow others to produce value.

Terri Schiavo and the Legal System

The concept of justice; the rule of law; God, Honor, Country on these our country was founded. No one is above the law.

Except Judge Greer.

The judge decided years ago that Terri should die, her life was not worth living, she stood between her husband and happiness, her husband and prosperity. She should have the decency to get out of his life. That is what she would have wanted. After all, we have his word for that. The judge relied on "expert" testimony from the foremost expert in the field, Dr. Death, a man who never met a sentient being.

If you believe them, the Governor of the Great State of Florida, the President of the United States, the Senate Majority Leader and the Speaker of the House are all powerless in the face of some mindless appointed judge in Florida. They can do nothing to keep a clearly innocent lady from being publicly murdered in a cruel and certainly unusual manner. Criminals convicted of the most heinous and despicable murders have rights to almost endless appeal and can be pardoned. Innocent people in the way of a scumbag have no right, no recourse.

According to the talking heads, Terri's fate is in the hands of her "husband", a man living in adultery with another woman, fathering bastards. Perhaps the world would be a better place if her "husband" were separated from his hands. Seems like they do that in countries ruled by the religion of peace, so it should be okay with the left.

Be left with this thought, if the Governor of the Great State of Florida, the President of the United States, the Senate Majority Leader and the Speaker of the House are really all powerless in the face of some mindless appointed judge in Florida, do you want to give up your right to keep and bear arms?

The Next War

People tend to want to fight the war they were trained for as lieutenants. What we need is people who can visualize what the next war will be and be ready for that.

The first and most important thing to remember is airpower and seapower win NOTHING. Wars are won when the Marine or soldier with a rifle stands on a piece of ground and holds it for our country. The rest of the services are merely support units, they win nothing. Yet that young fellow cannot get there without help.

Right now there is no creditable threat that the F-15E(enhanced) cannot deal with fairly expeditiously. It will sustain more casualties than the F-22 would, but the cost of the F-22 would be better spent on airlift. The F-22 is a very capable air to air machine, we just currently have no real air to air adversaries. If we did, there will not be enough of them.

With the reduced numbers of aircraft, we must build one fighter type and build a lot of them. Thus the fighter must be multi-role like the F-4 was and the F-15E is. The F-22, if it is bought, should change to a two seat stretched multi-role version, otherwise it is useless.

There was an internal Boeing proposal to make a C-17 derivative the next manned bomber. Not a joke. It would out perform the B-52, which is apparently good enough, and cost almost nothing.

We need more sealift, much quicker than airlift when you get beyond brigade sized units, more long range airlift and more intra theather airlift.

Read Tommy Franks' book and "Boyd". It becomes clear that the first thing to do is retire everyone above O-5 and their GS/ES equivalents. While there are a few people who progress above that level on real merit, most get there because they agree with the current Chief of Staff. We have had enough of that. Yes, we have won wars, but we have not done as well as we should have. Look at all the problems Tommy Franks had getting people onboard with winning for the country instead of their rice bowl.

Projection

Definition - Projection
n 6: (psychiatry) a defense mechanism by which your own traits and emotions are attributed to someone else

Finally a rational explanation of why liberals keep saying that Republicans "stole the election(s)", why they keep saying that Conservatives want to control "your body", why they say President Bush lied, why they are for the "poor", the "downtrodden" and the "oppressed" and Republicans and Conservatives are against all those things.

Perhaps some of the dimmer lights on the Democrat "holiday tree" actually believe what they say, it is possible, however implausible it might seem.

The facts are very clear, but there are none so blind as those who will not see, nor so deaf as those who will not hear.

Conservatives, as the word is commonly used today, believe the US Constitution being written in common English, as used in these United States, means precisely what it says. There are no hidden meanings, no living document, just plain English. English, not Spanglish or Japlish or Engrish. Conservatives believe the Constitution delineates individual rights, there are no group rights. Conservatives believe in the individual, they have problems dealing with Mexican-Americans, African-Americans and all the other special groups, because, surprise of surprises, they do not see people as part of other than Americans. Individual Americans, one of the nation's citizens, a single person, part of our One Nation Under God.

Democrats are the party of the poor, the oppressed and the downtrodden. Without a doubt. They cannot live with freedom, prosperity and individualism. The current Democratic Party is that party, because they are the ones doing the oppressing and downtrodding! Republicans are the party of the rich and the free. If you want to be poor and oppressed, vote Democrat!

Lincoln lead the country to unity and freedom, Democrats lead the Confederacy to ruin.

I know what party I belong to.
