Perseverance - Are we tired yet?

Perseverance - The act of persevering; persistence in anything undertaken; continued pursuit or prosecution of any business, or enterprise begun.

A couple of items in the news - 19 US military personnel killed in a homicide bombing in a mess tent. Three US Marines killed by IED explosion.

A few items not in the news - Iraqis are signing up to run for office in a free election, Iraqis are signing up to vote in a free election. There are more people with power and water than ever before in Iraq. There are far less people dying than ever before in Iraq. The only people being tortured are being tortured by Islamofacists; just like the old days. There are more boys AND girls in school than ever before.

Fact - We are at war with Islamofacism, not terrorism. Terrorism is the means the Islamofacists use to fight their war.
Fact - Our military fought in Viet Nam for over 6,000 days. Miltarily, we won every day. Our people got tired of the war and we left. We did not lose that war, but our civilian government left.
Fact - The Islamofacists would rather die than get tired of war. We would rather they died, also.
Fact - We cannot get tired of this war. We must win.
Fact - The mainstream press is doing their best to propagandize every minute setback to tire the American people.
Fact - Each American casualty is one American too many to die.
Fact - We are at WAR.
Fact - People die in wars.
Fact - No one ever won a war by dying for their country, they won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country - Ask George Patton.
Fact - 19 people is a lot of people.
Fact - Since 9-11 less Americans have died in Afganistan AND Iraq than in 15 minutes on Iwo Jima.

Quit whining and start shooting.

Fight's on, Fight's on.
